Adult Education
- Adult Education Training has been an important aspect of Amana’s service provision since 2009 and specialises in four main areas.
- * Teaching assistant training.
- * Child care training.
- * Parenting skills.
- * ICT (Computer skills).
These are free, part-time courses and delivered by qualified professionals at introductory level and at Level 1 with national accreditation. We also work in partnership with City of Bristol College for higher levels of accredited training.
We hope to offer training in ESOL, Literacy & Numeracy in the near future.
The department enjoys healthy partnerships with City of Bristol College, Bristol City Council, SPAN, KTS, Scouts Enterprise and numerous local schools in order to offer quality provision to an ever-growing community.
